Yeah, that page that comes up promising to get rid of viruses is the worst, man. D: I almost fell into its trap before. I'm glad it didn't completely destroy your comp. Also YES, I know what you mean, re. your mum. My dad clicks on all of the flashy adds promising free shit ALL THE TIME and then turns around and blames me for things happening to the computer because I save pictures. :/

I highly suggest getting McAfee. It actually does a decent job with protection and junk (awwwww how can your mum hate you Holmes and Watson background ;;)

WE'S LIKE COSIN TROUBLES FOR U THO D:< (Sucks about your phone issues...I wish I could give you advice on phones but I fail so hard in that department D;) On laptops: Depends on what you're looking for in a laptop like performance, business, etc etc. I suggest looking around like on HP's site or Acer's. *Many people hate on Acer but it multitasked like a BAMF without incident...Would of had it longer if the fan didn't break LOL...I might get another Acer once my laptop goes. * PLUS I heard windows 7 is magical and awesome
