The only why I suggest Neo Vintage is that is a buzz word but out of the list you have there I would go with "Neo Victorian couture"

Go with the light blues and black tex, it will make your product photo stand out.

Its a shame you do not live up here , I would hook you up with one of my pro photo people to get free shots of you. Are you thinking about coming up here for any events before dragon con? If I know a head of time I can pull strings and get you a photo shoot as long as I have enough lead time.

BTW HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Yes, steampunk was once just a regular word, but as of a year or two ago, it became a buzzword; something that people just throw around because it sounds cool.

As jaborwhalky said, you should probably stick with using it because buzzwords, by their very nature, are popular and popularity is how you sell things.

Honestly, I don't think that steampunk is a very good word for what our 'scene' has become. It may have sufficed at one point, but now the alternate history subculture is so diverse that 'steampunk' just doesn't cover it all. I think that we need a new buzzword for alternate history, some sort of portmanteau that can get the idea across in a short, simple word. Unfortunately, I don't know that I'm clever enough to be able to come up with a really good one, but I suspect that one will arise from our social milieu within the next year or so.
