We had a chance to be what we will never be again, had a chance to forget about this wretched place and have fun. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but I wouldn't ever want to forget it.

It's not like you can erase your memories, so I suggest you just cherish them. There was nothing wrong with being a child, and I don't understand why you would be humiliated.

Hrrrrrrrrnnnnnnn.

For several reasons- one, because I found it humiliating, two, because I had absolutely no memories of my childhood, no thoughts, experience, nothing, so this event only made things even more annoyingly confusing, and three, my younger self probably didn't have the same... reluctance I have to talk about the secrets of my species.
