Truth be told, the PELs don't phase me, its when I am in action that I tend to get troubled.

A PEL is a Post Event Letter, for us its the means by which we get criticism/props for our performance as the Staff of the Changeling LARP.

I know how you feel. I can't help but feel responsible here, though. I'm glad you're letting off some steam but... should I back off here? The stuff I say in PELs is stuff I wouldn't like to see repeated, not things I think you should be punished for, or things I think make you "stupid" or what have you. I tend to have more critiques than praise, not because the game sucks, but because I can't sum up my praise better than, "X was very enjoyable" and because I thought you were aware you were doing just fine. In case it needs to be repeated:

You're doing just fine. All of you, not just Scott. If you would like less pointed criticisms in the future, at least from me, allow me to do so.

I can't speak for others, but I'll say it again, the PELs aren't really my source of concern. My concern isn't for what people have said, its the perceived 'unspoken statements'. I really appreciate the con-crit, it lets me know if I need to work on something, or stick with a strategy I have now. No one has verbalized any of the bullet points I've listed, well to me anyways.

In addition, I am exhausted in general, and stressed out to the max with everything. So truth be told I may just be overreacting and it'll seem silly once I get some rest.

What I mean to say is that you're an experienced LARP ST whom we respect and who offers useful critiques and you should not take Scott's and my whiny bitching as a request for less input.
