Lex,
You're mom called Heather's cell phone the other day looking for you. Obviously, you weren't here, but you're mom said you said that was were you were going when you left. I can't stop you from lying... and I can't control what you are running around doing... and I'm not trying to do either. I am simply writing you to ask you in the nicest way possible to please leave me and my girlfriends names out of it. Please, Lex, I don't want to get pulled into it.

no no, my mom called her thinking it was my friend heathers # saved in the phone, im sorry about that. I was with my friend heather that lives up the street. Again, very sorry. She told me about that that night. I definitly wouldnt lie to tell her im somewhere else, I have no need too. Sorry about the misunderstanding.
