Very poignant and packs quite a lot into just a few words. I always like stories that approach their relationship from this angle. Very nice. :)

I love this - y'know it still sometimes startles me when I think back to the First Doctor and realise that he's the same character as Ten...or even Eleven (but perhaps not so much so with Eleven as there is something curiously old-fashioned about him, isn't there?!)... imagining that crothety old man in Totters Lane and then Ten with, say, Donna.... it's weird. There's no other show quite like it, is there?! Brilliant, and I love your story. Because I personally think that, Rasillon notwithstanding, a lot of what is wrong with The Master has to be down to the Doctor and his absolute abhorrence of commitment or settling-down-ness.... I sometimes see The Master as a frustrated stalker, LOL.

Ohhh. I love this. Very tightly written and good. It's wonderfully mysterious and leaves you wanting more, and this kind of matches some of my ideas of *why* they broke up and how the Doctor managed to leave with Susan. I thought he ran away first, after the breakup, and then came back later for Susan. So, yeah, fantastic stuff here. I'm glad to see you writing more!:D
