Link to table:
table She's the kind of girl who looks for love in all the lonely places
The kind who comes to poker pockets stuffed with kings and aces
She's the kind of girl who only asks you over when its raining
Just to make you lie there catching water dripping from the ceiling
Truly was sitting at a table, watching Don and Danny play pool, completely entranced with Don as he and Danny joked and drank. Every now and than she would catch his gaze and he would stop joking and just look at her.
Truly tapped her fingers against the wooden table, making up her mind and standing up. Danny and Don looked over at her sudden movements, watching Truly walk over to them and take hold of Don by his tie and pull him in the direction of the exit. Danny stared after them with a shocked expression on his face, watching as Don protested to where she was taking him. Truly turned around to face him and pulled him into a warm kiss, effectively shutting him up.
She's the kind of girl who gets her slings and arrows from the dumpster
The kind who tells you she's bipolar just to make you trust her
She's the kind of girl who leaves out condoms on the bedroom dresser
Just to make you jealous of the men she fucked before you met her
"So, question," started Don, dropping onto his couch next to where Truly was sitting, letting his head fall into her lap and staring up at her.
"Shoot."
"How many boyfriends have you had exactly?"
"Not counting you?" asked Truly. Don nodded and she grimaced slightly. "Like...one."
"Seriously?" asked Don and Truly nodded.
"I’m not the swinging type," she said sincerely, running her hand over Don’s hair. "Why are you asking?"
"Just wondering how worried I should be about you," said Don gently, sitting up and kissing Truly, running his hand through her hair.
"Are you worried?"
"About you cheating on me? No," said Don, kissing her again quickly. "About my sanity...."
"Oh ho, you’re hilarious."
It’s pretty dirty business
