As a hitter, sure I'll miss Manny. That being said, I've never been much of a Manny fan, and I'm glad to be rid of all the "Manny being Manny" antics.

And the past two days have given me a bit of confidence in the rest of the team, yeah.

PS: Yeah, I'm done with the "Manny being Manny" crap too. If he wants to "trade up" to the Dodgers, then the hell with him. Honestly, what kind of fool would fight to leave either the Sox or the Yanks? You just can't get bigger than that. I'd go all Mr. T. and say I pity the fool, but in this case, I just don't.
