Friendship.

I'm confused. In order to be friends with someone, you're supposed to support eachother, talk to one another whenever you're down, and make sure each day spent with the person is always great, correct? I'm beginning to lose faith in a couple people..Why is it i'm the one who always has to send the message first? Why doesn't anyone ever really talk
