Help?
Ok... so I have some questions.
I'm thinking of putting blonde highlights in my hair. I want to either A) just add highlights or B) add highlights and then dye my whole head red so they'll turn out lighter. So what do you think? Any suggestions? Right now I have Blond Brilliance Lightening Kit. (and a creme toner)
