They do have more advance technology here than the Grand Line. Which island you lived in?

... you could say I didn't have a long-standing "home" for a good portion of my life other than the waters of the Grand Line.

Interesting to note someone else knows of the Grand Line, however. I take it you're a native of there?

You said the magic word :O paincuresall June 13 2009, 21:19:56 UTC
That's correct.

So, a pirate then. They sure pull some interesting people here.

Of course.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a Shichibukai sooner or later.

Ah, you've been conducting an investigation? I've been doing the same for some time now, actually. I've uncovered a few things myself, if you'd like to see the documentation -- I'm sure it will be of some help to you.

Oh, gladly; it would be a pleasure. I'm also sure you've got more than I would.

Although it will never be the True History, this place does have its secrets, doesn't it?

Certainly.

"The True History"? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the term.

I apologize, but let me explain: the True History is a term from where I come from relating the stories on Poneglyphs of the Void Century. In order to progress forward and truly understand the history of the world, one must take with them the passages they have read from the Poneglyphs they have encountered in their travels to Raftel--the home of the Rio Poneglyph.

Are you an archaeologist as well?

...Examine the bodies?

A-ah-- well, there is a museum here, but it's in a bit of a bad state.

Of course, that's the best way to determine the cause of death. If there was a plague, there ought to be some sort of physical element that can be examined on the corpse.
