I spent the weekend watching Cinema Snob /Bruno Mattai reviews and playing facebook games. Wow. How sad.

Finally went to the doctor yesterday because I've been feeling really bad the last few months. physically, I'm just tired all the time, can't concentrate and feel like I'm in a fog, coupled wit the occasional panic attack and high blood pressure. Prince of Persia
In the ungodly heat today - and really, if it's gonna be like that all summer I'm moving to the Yukon - I collected a friend and dived into the airconditioned movieplex. As not much was playing at 2 pm and we were already on the late side and well, we like the pretty guys, we chose Prince of Persia.

Election 2010
Well, I just did my civic duty for eigth hours. I had the dubious honour to be chosen to sit in at one of the precincts as assesor/assistant for the second bloody time.
Obligatory in Belgium so...
740+ ID cards passed through my hands and I'm exhausted.
If you saw some people's utter ignorance about politics, it would make you cry.

Surgeries and yearly things.
I've been quiet for a while, but the last two weeks have been beyond stressful.
Dad got his triple bypass surgery the 20th, spent three days in intensive care, 4 days in the monitoring room and 4 days in a normal room. All went fairly well, but he's still in a lot of pain mainly because they cracked his chest open. Ouch. The surgeons also used a ( Read more... )
