I like that after I mentioned the scheduling mistakes that landed me working 5 out of 7 saturdays earlier this year they changed it so that I had the following weekend off.  Now that I check it again after the latest revisions I work every weekend till the last one in november, then every weekend till xmas break.  There's a place that my friend is ( Read more... )

The weather network says it's going to be 28 degrees this afternoon.  I am excited to go for a ride.

Walking through Airdrie last night we came across a memorial garden in the park.  I'd seen it before but not really understood what it was about and this time the lady who maintains it was there working so we stopped to talk.  She's planted a tree or plant for everyone in town who died tragically; car accidents, fires, drownings, all the suicide ( Read more... )

I spoke to my program coordinator today.  I told him of my difficulty and of the nonexistant hope of finishing my last math class.  I explained that I was away at work for the summer, away from sait and tutoring.  I was taking a home study class in calculus and it wasn't a very easy thing.  Basically they toss you a textbook and a list of questions ( Read more... )
