I wrote something for Mr. Morrison, and in it I alluded to some of the non-savory aspects of my life, not mentioning them specifically, of course. I got a 96 even though my paper didn't exactly have anything to do with the prompt, but an A is an A, as they say. I didn't even know the school had a counselor, and afaik I never met Mr. Wade.

I went to a psychologist/counselor once about some of my paranoid phobias (tbh I can't even remember which one) and I don't think it did much good (though I did eventually move past it, so maybe it did subconscious good, I dunno. Twasn't very serious anyway). Your mileage may vary.

It's been about four years, hasn't it? I tend to agree with you that even if a shrink might have helped earlier, it prolly won't do much now.

I admire stubbornness, many times it's the only way to learn

But if you ever feel willing, it might be worth a try. I wouldn't advise rushing it though

I'm not sure whether I exist or not )it's a rather metaphysical question), but like previous responders, I'm always here :)
