Ok, so I got a new laptop like a week and a half ago. it's wonderful, runs like a dream. but i have one problem with it. and it goes by the name of vista

I believe there is a way to entirely disable the UAC, though it obviously disseminates the whole point of the popup.

The only way to outright switch to XP is the old-fashioned way: obtain a license for it and install it. =/
