There are rooms available in the northern apartment building. Unless you want to be hurt in the construction, I suggest those who have been displaced to make use of them. The Warden has said his project will benefit the residents.

I guess my own fighting abilities aren't much help in this situation. Things were easier when I could hit the enemy.
