A lot of people are doing these lately. I guess I'll join in.

Sylvanas can sense magical energies even as an undead high elf. She is not a mage, but can identify the basic type of energy (necromancy, nature-based, elemental) and get a vague idea of a spell's function. A good example: in a battle to retake her Undercity in WoW: Wrath of the Lich

Hope's got a magical tattoo! X] I play it off as the tattoo extends under his skin and into his bloodstream, though, so it's in no way removable since it's connected to his life and has the potential to turn him into crystal completely (monster or statue).
But Sylvanas is more than welcome to figure that part out.

Only two of mine, Jing and Kid, have any unusual abilities for Sylvanas to sense. Since you've interacted with Jing before, I'll mostly just cover Kid here.

Kid's a shinigami, a young death god. Thus Sylvanas shouldn't have any trouble sensing that he's not human. He should feel like death to her, but very orderly and welcoming. (Her interpretation may vary.) I am ridiculously pleased that they should keep having their conversations!

Well Sylvanas had only the briefest meeting with death before Arthas yanked her soul back out and bound her essence to him. According to the Arthas: Rise of the Lich King book by Christie Golden (a good read), the Ranger General was weary, beaten, and ready to let everything go. She welcomed death before she was stolen from it. Therefore, I imagine she will find herself thinking of that warm dark nothingness in Kid's presence, and not knowing why, at least for a while. I look forward to playing that out.

I really need to get into more of the Warcraft lore, I'll look for that book.

Honestly I think Kid will be a little intimidated of Sylvanas once he figures out more or less what's happened to her. But if anything, he already finds it refreshing to talk to someone about magic and death in general that isn't all "eww" or "eek" about the latter.

Cielo's a wind god thing, and he's not trying very hard to hide it, so Sylvanas should be able to sense it easily. He probably feels really...breezy, for lack of a better word.

All right. She'll probably think he is some strange wind elemental. ^^

Even though it's more technology than magic, Sylvanas should be able to notice the dampening effects of Jade's glasses. If he ever takes them off, it'll be apparent that he's using some sort of self-imposed handicap to keep his Fonic Sight under control.

Sylvanas and Jade will never see eye-to-eye on that, will they? ~_^ I can see the matter becoming a source of constant bickering. And thanks for the refresher on the Fonic Sight, too.

Venom: He's a magic user who can create billiard balls out of thin air. It's assumed his magic is wind-based, but it's not confirmed. He has other mystical abilities that have yet to be fully tapped.

BLU Sniper: Has no magic skill. He just smells bad.

Sylvanas will only notice Venom's special abilities if he uses them in her presence. As for the sniper...Well, one good thing about being undead is nothing smells bad anymore...
