Harth intends to draw out two people at the park tonight. He would not be doing it unless he had some hidden advantage. However, this is still a prime opportunity to capture him; I do not think he is expecting more than two or three assailants.
Volunteers, report to the north wall of the church in ten minutes. We have no time to lose.
