Almost exactly like the recipe my family's been eating for years, and one I still love. Only I've never tried cream cheese or blue cheese on the stuff. I'll have to give that a shot.

You've probly had a turnip in a stew at one point but passed it off as a mishappen tater. Happens to me now n then.
