Well I have been offered the first phase of being hired on Friday. Apparently I need to update my resume, do another interview, take a personality test, and some other tests. I was also given an award for excellence. I am hopeful that I can pass these crummy tests. I mean how do they grade your personality

Just hope they don't have you do the MMPI (Minnesota Multi-phasic Personality Inventory). If they do they may think you are a sociopath or least maybe some sort of criminal......However, I suppose this could be an advantage depending on what your potential f/t employer is looking for in an employee!
