So, instead of doing anything Tekko-related, I read one of your fics and passed out. Poor, poor suicidal Mai. How much longer is it going to be? What else is going to happen?
Be careful if you do a Moulin Rouge crossover. D: I've seen them come out really, really badly because people fall into the trap of just rewriting it with different names. ...though I was tempted to write a big huge epicmulti-crossover centered around The Darkangel Trilogy just for giggles, with Jou being kidnapped and turned into a darkangel and either Mai or Shizuka would have to go rescue him, and Light and L would be living in a cave somewhere as magical helper characters, and thee'd be some wandering band of warriors who ended up being Les Amis from Les Miserables, and the whole thing would be...too convoluted for anyone other than me to enjoy, but at least I'd be entertained!

^^;; A lot longer. (actually, that bit I posted is theoretically its own separate fic, and the next is the sequel) Ra, it's so cliched... Jou stays with her and takes care of her while she still has nightmares and then he asks Malik to help and finds out Mai's gonna die and they go to Egypt and Malik does some kind of ritual to undo Yami Malik's penalty game and there's a big showdown with the five of them. And they both almost die half a dozen times. Part of me is "no! stop the angsty! IT'S SO CLICHED!" and another part is "who cares? There's not enough JouMai on the internet!". ^^;; It's fun to write, at least.
Oh, I would never post it anywhere EVER, because it would turn into a rewrite with different names. I'd just write it some summer night when I'd be really bored and have listened to the soundtrack too many times. Then it would sit in some hidden folder on my computer where I would peek at it every now and then ( ... )
