When it's relatively quiet here, there's a special drink I like to prepare for myself at the bar. I pour just a splash of half-and-half into a small pitcher, add some whole milk, and leave ample room for some of that lovely froth. there was an article about baristas and "coffee art" (for a lack of a better term) in the saturday globe and mail. i haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety but it made me think of "darksally". i should clip it out and send it to you.
