1 gallon milk
a dozen eggs
heavy whipping cream?

We used this recipe . Same basic recipe as yours. It's better if you let it age for awhile if you can stand to let it sit there by its lonesome.

It's never too late to add the nutmeg. Happy happytime, lady.
