First, a preface to those of you who use LoudTwitter: it's not you in particular, it's the cumulative effect.

For everyone else, if you are using a LJ style based on "Expressive" by Ideacodes, this Greasemonkey script will remove all LoudTwitter entries from your LJ friends page. If you use a filtered page, you may have to change the "Included

Don't use twitter... actually don't even use text messaging on my phone. Good tip though in case I ever do.
