Well, I was picturing Sweeney with his blood up, after finally killing the Judge and then finding the "boy" hiding in his room. He's hard from his triumph and wants to punish the boy, so he grabs him to rape him. Just as he realizes something's wrong (it's no boy), Anthony comes in calling to Johanna. Sweeney makes the connection though they don't of course, since they don't know who he is, and he's sicked by what kinda nearly happened.
