New Decision.

After thinking about it for a few days I've desided I'm going to start a second journal where I can post my thoughts and emotions without having to listen to others complain. I'm getting tired of being told that I'm depressing and that I'm crazy simply because I haven't felt comfortible enough to share my story yet. I keep getting emails and ( Read more... )

-HUG- You should be able to post whatever you want to in your Journal, but sadly you are right. I've experienced the very same phenomena when I was going through a bad time and all my "friends" kept getting mad at me for having the audacity of actually being down while my life was going to crap! How dare we right? Don't let them get to you, I know that's easier to say than do, trust me I lived through it too. Anyone who bitches because you aren't 100% chipper in your posts is an insensitive jerk with little compassion or understanding of others, for whatever reason some people get it into their heads it's their right to tell others how they should act, feel, and live. I call them republicans but your milage may vary. I know you and I never got to hang out much and really get to know each other, heck you might not even remember who i am (I'was Karrah's Boyfriend for a while if that helps) but I just wanted you to know there are some of us out here who do understand and feel for you. You aren't crazy, or wrong.

You don't need to make a new journal forthat all you need to do is make a filter for a group of people that will not say those things it's your journal you can say whatever you want to say. True freinds will be there for you no matter what good or bad the people that call you depressing or crazy are what I call fly by night friends .. hugs I am here if you need to vent

Hey....it's YOUR damn journal. You have the right to post whatever you want on it and if someone doesn't like it then they don't need to post comments. Why should you make a whole other journal to accomodate everyone else? Hell, just make the entries private if it's an entry about something you think someone else is going to have a problem with. I don't know your story and I didn't ask but I sure as hell am not going to tell you how to feel or what to write in your own journal. It's none of my business unless you make it mine and because I don't know what the problem is how can I say you should be feeling one way or another. I read your entries and if I think you need a hug I give you one but I don't think it's ANYONE's right to go farther than that in YOUR journal.

*chuckles* Vent all you like. I believe in my own personal editor. If others don't have the willpower to ignore what they don't want to read, then that is THEIR problem, not yours. Don't let others censor you just because their addictive personalities and obsessive-compulsive behaviors "force" them to read your blog! LOL

Oh, and what renniedragon said as well!
