Snow is expected to over spread the region from southwest to northeast between 4 am and 8 am Wednesday morning. Once the snow begins, it may fall heavily at times during the morning. Snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour will be possible during the morning. The snow will quickly accumulate on roadways resulting in poor visibilities and hazardous travel
