Hey, thanks Jodes! Haven't been on IRC because I moved and my net choices are currently:

1- Pay 190 dollars for a cable reconnection fee and be put on a 3mth contract, despit owning all the equipment outright.

2- Wait another 2-3 months for Adam Internet to finally get off their collective arses and have the exchange ready for ADSL2, the ONLY one in that area that HASN'T already been enabled (to put into perspective, I'm less than 15 minutes from the CBD).

3- Pay money I don't want to spend on ADSL and be stuck on an a long term contract, with what I consider to be net access which is bad value for money.

So in the meantime, I have to deal with it.. and play more games/watch more dvds/buy nice big shiny things.

It is shit, isn't it. I'm just hoping this turns out to be the Greatest Work Of All Time, although I know it won't.
