Having 2+2=5 sucks, especially when you can't figure out why. Figuring out that there's another +1 in there that you were missing is surprising, but at least everything finally adds up.

At least it all adds up now. And that makes it much easier to deal with things. Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt, but at least it's a bit easier.
