School has put me in such an angsty mood. I needed an outlet. Spangel = it.

All he had ever dreamed of was resolution and a clean break. Without an end, there can be no beginning.
Let the status quo be disturbed and reset. It had never been in his favor, anyway.
Not that he would ever settle for what he’d been dealt.
He demanded, deserved, more. More knowledge, more respect…more than friendship.
Less than one word his Sire offered, providing the final impetus his dignity needed to release itself from where it had been lying prostrate since Day One.
Without the fire to shape his moth-like existence, his liberation was at last complete.
Only…
He had come to realize, as knees kissed the floor, that freedom by itself meant nothing.
After all, how can freedom be defined…
…if not by enslavement?
