I love love LOVE this book and really ought to re-read it some time soon :D The sequel (The Wise Man's Fear) is also pretty good, but plot-wise it feels a lot less cohesive than the first; like, it feels more like a collection of stories about Kvothe's escapades more than anything - the tales that helped turn him into something of a modern legend in his world. I expect the third book, which should be the last unless Rothfuss needs a fourth to finish off the plot, will be a lot more focused on the central plotline.
