Personally, I'm feeling (what for anyone else might equate to) cheerful on the grounds that I haven't had a blazing row with "the ex" today.

I could always make an addition to the above tho:

"we just met for coffee a few times" means "we've exchanged bodily fluids by text/email and intend doing the real thing as soon as we can figure out a convenient date/alibi.."
