I never reply to emails requesting its forwarding this, however is one exception. Its regarding the "pay as you go" car taxing scheme planned to be introduced. There is much speculation regarding this scheme but you can take it as a fact that your driving costs will increase significantly, it will also be able to measure your speed. Oooh, whilst on the car subject you were right about the bhp of the xr2 + 3 being the same....... Fiesta xr2i(mark3) is 105bhp and Escort xr3i(mark4)is 105bhp.

But i dont understand why there is no difference, because they stopped making the mk4 xr3i in '89 and started making the mk3 xr2i in '92... so there should really have been some engine improvements in that time. :S meh, sore head now. hehe

You'd expect refinements to the engine but these car companies do like to reuse old parts if they can get away with it! With the xr2i I guess they didn't need more power as I the power to weight ratio was better than the escort.

The new honda civic type R is the same 197bhp it was in 2002. You'd expect a little more power, but it is lighter.
