let's see...today has been a day of inappropriate thoughts. Not just the sexy ones either. I'm talkin' the ones that make me cringe after I say them. Some days are just like that ( Read more... )

Jean Paul was much beloved. He continued what many believed were necessary reforms of the church.

Not being a papist I don't have a dog in that fight.
I will say that other than the Dalai Lama, he is one of the few clerics that radiated a true transcendent aura. Tho he and I disagreed on some issues.

Gnostic has been on a low glycemic one for a while.
Whole grains, Brown Rices Vegies etc.
But got stuck. She went to a doctor who told her what I already had.
She wasn't eating enough.
She's up her intake and gone temperarly high protien.
We will see how it works.

high protein + high fiber works really well!

true but she hit a wall at the moment so the trick is to get her body to burn what she has.
I think she will be able to go back once she hits her target.
Again the Dr. told what I had been saying. if you don't eat enough your body thinks you are starving and makes an effort to sock all of it away in storage.
