A little reverse psychology used in the last sentence there, Dark Tremor!
Actually, I noticed something very interesting. Throughout your entire monologue, you keep trying to get to the bottom of what is wrong with you and what has changed about you as opposed to thinking that maybe your other friends have changed as well. Why is it all your fault? Why are you accepting 100% of the blame for not being able to click? People change, it's true, but it's safe to say that everyone changes and not just one person. If you don't quite get along with your old friends, you can't say that it's because of one factor only- you- and then try and figure out what you've done wrong. That's crazy! But I think you're only saying that because you're feeling really depressed about not being able to jump into your friendships right where they left off. If anything, maybe you had high hopes that this was exactly what was going to happen, so they were crushed when everyone sorted of acted aloof
( ... )
No no, my friends didn't forget how to laugh, certainly not, I just couldn't follow what they were laughing about.
But anyways, I think you're right, the world changes, everyone in it does too. I guess it has to be accepted, if anything, it's a good thing. Apparently this happens to (virtually) everyone going to university, I've talked about it with some people.
And you're right, I need to stop blaming everything on myself, it's a tendency in every area of my life...
If I sound more rational, it's because I feel much better about the whole thing. :) :) :)
Anyways, we should get together some time at the university! When are your classes when are you free? (I could introduce you to Lisa :) :) :) )
Sounds like a plan!! Nothing this weekend, though. (1) it's almost over and (2) I was catching up on all the homework I didn't realize I had...which amounted to 28 questions in math with 3 chapters (or sections?) to read, 74 questions in chemistry with 4 chapters to read, two chapters in biology to read, still don't know where to find my homework for physics, and psychology is essentially memorizing the text book. Oh, and a lab from both biology and chemistry, due this upcoming week.
Needless to say...

I'd love to meet Lisa! If you guys aren't doing anything next weekened, count me in!
Oh, Andrew! You have no idea how happy I was to see you last night, and how upset I was when I realized you weren't going to come back... :(
And, for the record, there were many times where I wanted to start up a conversation with you - I wanted to know how you were and what you've been up to. I really have missed talking to you... But... there were two things standing in my way:
1. The fact that I was sitting in the other booth, and talking to you guys proved to be difficult and rude towards the people at my booth...
And, 2. Whenever I did turn around to start talking to you guys... I don't mean to sound impolite, I know how it is, but you had your face glued to Lisa's. It's hard to start a conversation with someone whos mouth is already busy...
Andrew (*heart) Sarah :) Feeling better anyway, I decided to write my thoughts again :) I'd like to see you do that sometime. :) :) :)
Sorry about that with Lisa: I guess we're a little "infatuated" right now. Getting into that comfort zone soon though, will have to get together with U sometime :). Also, she was a little uncomfortable: a)our seating position, b)her exhaustion, c)meeting us for the first time: it's pretty daunting, I must say. Didn't want her to feel uncomfortable, so I was talking to her most of the time (when I wasn't kissing her, but, believe it or not, taht was only something lik 3% of the time). Sorry if I was rude doing that. :) :) :) It's all good :) Call me sometime :)
See, I assumed you were angry, because when you're subtly angry at someone, you usually do the unwitty insults thing, in the hope of getting them with anything you can (I've noticed). When you're doing witty insults, it's because you're not angry, and making insults as a furthering of your joke repertoire.

that's how it is with EVERYONE I see,
get used to it because it's called growth.
you can't be expected to remain the same person your whole life, don't mourn this revel in it.
