I was sitting here in my room earlier, doing schoolwork (aka watching The West Wing), when I heard something on there that I knew just couldn't be true, so I researched it a little bit (with the help of my friend Adrian).

It seems that Percy Fitzwallace, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is a liar.

My old AP Government teacher in HS always told us there was a secret "Black Government" appointed in case all of Washington got nuked. It was full of former presidents/senators/congressmen.
