So I ran Ad-Aware just before after 250 days of using IE without running it. And it turned up all of tracking cookies and nothing else.

What is going on here >:O Where is all the spyware that IE automatically downloads and installs for you and so on >:OOOOO

I hate it when people say "IE equals spyware!"

It's an awesome browser and more useful than Firefox, in my opinion. If you get spyware, you're obviously visiting the wrong websites.
