10 August 1997 - Clubbing in Milan

Draco had worked all day, finishing up everything Severus had told him to do. He owed it to the man after disappearing without so much of an explanation (not that getting drunk with Potter was an explanation that would make Severus feel better). Finally, having completed his last task, he Apparated to Kent ( Read more... )

Theo had left early, apparating out of the country to go shopping. He was tired of all of his clothing. After spending an enterating afternoon at Custo in Barcelona he grabbed a pastry and apparated to Kent. He went to a guest bedroom, figuring Draco would be in his, and slipped into low, tight trousers and a white on white sleeveless T that fitted him like skin. He threw a plan black robe on over the whole thing, in case Draco wanted to dine first.

"Are you ready," he asked, throwing open his door.

"You're late," Draco said and then stopped. He had promised to be more careful with what he said, and now he wasn't sure where the boundaries were. "All right, you aren't late, but-"

He waved his hand. "It doesn't matter." He stepped closer and laced his fingers behind Theo's neck. "You're here, and I missed you, and I'm ready unless you think this won't do. I really tried some of the other clothes, but clothes should cover. If you want to be naked, then you don't put things on." He pressed his lips against Theo. "I plan to be very naked later."

Theo smiled. "Unsure of yourself? You never censure yourself. I realize I look good, but perhaps not that good." Theo sipped at Draco's mouth. "Going to pick yourself up a lovely young thing at the club, are you?"

Draco laughed. "If anything, I'd go for older. You remember you're seventeen, right?" He sighed. "I don't want any fights, arguments, anything that could ruin tonight. You aren't late, I'm used to tell people what they're doing wrong even when there is nothing wrong, and there is not need for that. Now, let's go to Milan, and we're not coming back here tonight."

"She's the headmistress. She could show up in the dormitory while you're asleep, and you'd never know. She has no need to fight with students," he said, barely hiding his smile.

Draco looked at Theo for a moment. "The Weaslette would die if she met you when you're dark and scary, and that's even before you'd touch your wand. However, if she really wants dark and scary, I can arrange a meeting with aunt Bella. The bitch scares me at times, and I know that in her crazy way she loves me."

Theo shuddered delicately, although there was a smile in his eyes. "Now you are going to have to stay with me and protect me from night terrors."

Theo kissed him softly. "And what of me? Do you know that I love you?" he asked softly. "Shall I consider it a compliment that you find me dark and scary, or was that not what you meant?"

"Theo, I love you, but I don't want to meet you when you're dark and scary. We'd kill each other and it's not in plans." Draco kissed him again. "I like you the way you are, but I know you a lot better than that sorry excuse of a pure-blood. I was only pointing out that she has no idea."

Theo really had nothing to say to that. He could assure Draco that he'd never hurt him, but it was probably wise that he didn't believe him. "Well, I promise not to run away with her then. So are you really planning not to dance with me?" he asked.

"I can drink and dance. If I start drinking now, I won't get to the dancing." Draco took another sip of his drink and nodded to the dance floor. "Let's go."

Theo nodded, taking Draco's free hand and winding in sinuous fashion through the writhing, grinding bodies on the floor. He found a fairly clear space near the middle and pulled Draco flush against him. "Here work for you," he whisper/shouted into Draco's ear.

Draco nodded. He doubted anything would truly be heard over the music. The beat was so loud that you could feel the vibrations crawl from under your feet until they were part of your body. He rested his body against Theo's and closed his eyes, letting the music and Theo's body lead him. He only stopped to take a sip of two of his cocktail before starting again. He smiled against Theo's shirt. He would never admit it, but he really liked this Muggle music.

Theo smiled, hands resting lightly on Draco back. The boy had rhythm, and he appeared to be enjoying himself. Theo looked at the crowd, noticing that there were in fact, a few people that watched them. Theo loved the grinding beat, the heat, the fact that his lover was so close. He couldn't remember the last time he'd smiled this much.
