there are only so many times when you will get the chance to go to europe and there are computers all the time and you'll have opportunities to use computers while you save for a laptop later, but you'll always have the experience and memories ,etc from a trip like that.

I think I agree with Chelsey, but I'm not entirely sure.
Do you definetly keep the car you have?-it is yours, right, not your parents? If that's the case-you keep the car regardless-I'd probably do Europe. A laptop is overrated. You don't need it. You can upgrade a few things in an old desktop-or buy a new desktop for way cheaper.
