it is lonely and communal

it is free yet takes so much

it is whatever you want that you never can have

it is the height of humanity yet seemingly expressed more effectively in the lowest of animals

it is everywhere but never found but through pure chance

it is what binds us and breaks us

it is what heals and wounds

it is what creates and destroys

it is the steady beat of a healthy heart that can stop just as suddenly and unpredictably
