My friend Artie Fitzmaurice is doing this really cool thing called the National AIDS Marathon Training Program. He'll be running his marathon this Sunday, Dec. 10th, in Honolulu. Stephen Hawking is coming to eat dinner with us at Lloyd House on Wednesday, along with his good friend Kip Thorne. =D -
finals week
ACM 95B, ordinary differential equations - this was the first final at Caltech where I didn't know how to start almost all the problems on the set. It felt like I was back at camp, and nowhere near as prepared as I should be. I'm so glad that I did the homeworks and didn't rely on 50-50.
