I'm feeling really awkward about Franziska right now, and so I need your opinions. What do you think of her? Do you cringe every time she posts? Is she okay? Funny? Please be honest. I just need to know what you're all thinking, because I'm not sure what to think.

Honestly. She's not violent enough, too childish/weepy, and too chummy with Edgeworth. She seems very AU, though I've seen you use her correctly on occasion. I don't cringe every time you post, but I think you could work on her. Perhaps revisit some of her scenes/dialogue and check that against your portrayal.

Honestly, the PW cast as a whole concerns me. I already brought up the issues I had with Edgeworth in the concrit post, though the mun chose to ignore them. That's fine

Another anon brought up the Phoenix Wright cast in its entirety. This could also be your problem. The Phoenix (who dropped) wasn't convincing, and Edgeworth's portrayal is even less convincing than Franziska's. It might be difficult to play off of him and attempt to keep her in character. However, her independent personality should make this possible. It's not being done right.

I would suggest a drop or restart.

I'm not too familiar with the canon (I only just started playing the games), but what I would like to say is: don't drop!

It took a lot of guts for you to put this post up. Work on the character, maybe even re-start her if you feel that would be better, and keep on trying!

A re-start wouldn't be bad. Even if others pointed out a re-start wouldn't work, someone else could always end up picking her up again.
