I'm so bummed that you're not happy with your job. I am thinking maybe it's the location? Come to my store..sure the 2 specialists and store manager are unorganized as hell, but almost 100% of the staff is so awesome..especially me! :] Good luck with the job hunting.

Yeah, I'm gonna talk to another area store, I think that's what it is. I was offered a full time artist position with Too Faced though, and I Loooove my AE for them, she's so sweet.

Where are you located? Working for TOOF would be awesome! How did you go about getting a job offer? I know they can't talk to you first and approach you about it, but how did you do it? I would leave my job in a HEARTBEAT if MUFE hired me...or maybe even Urban. :] I loooooove all 3 of those brands trainers, but MUFE is still my favorite. I look up to her so much.

lol.. I'll just say they didn't come to me...lol. I love Dany, but our trainer I'm not impressed by. I don't know if you know Dave Builta, but he was in Education in Sephora and he is now with Urban as PR, and he offered me something... I don't know though.

*hugs* that's how I felt. I love the idea of Sephora one stop shopping for all my make up needs, but the management there is not good. and on top of that, Sephora is a multi-million dollar company so why do they pay us so little to work so hard? I have more fun now and I get paid more! I can't believe people are trying to get you to quit! I hope you that position works out for you that you told me about
