Car situation

I'm really pissed off. Okay so I borrow the car, which is of course empty every time I do. I fill it up, which costs me anywhere from 20 to 30 dollars every time, and use maybe an eighth of a tank to do whatever it is I need to do. My dad uses the rest and then has the nerve to get mad the one time i don't because he had enough gas to get to a gas
