Yes so it looks like I am not going to get to leave as soon as I want to. I think I can survive in Temecula for another four months(here's me crossing my fingers). I will of course be spending that three months getting back into shape so that I don't die during boot camp. First workout starts tomorrow and then I am changing my diet as well. Healthy

my recomendation, if you hadn't started yet, drink plenty of water, or you will turn into a heat casualty and then not get to join because each time it makes it easier to become one

Dunno how the Air Force does things, but better safe then sorry - get used to carrying around a quart or 2 of water (or equivilent weight) for basic. Oh and what are going for MOS-wise?
