Well, I can finally say I've had the worst day of my live (thus far). Today at work I had one kitten die in my arms, and had to assist in euthanizing 5 kittens. We've had some kittens die from what we think is feline distemper, and now it gets worse. So it only got worse yesterday. One kitten died, one was very sick and had to be given fluids sub q. We had to shut down our adoption cat room and bleach everything. Wee. Working 9 days in a row!! AAAH!! When I said I wanted some hours, I didn't mean all in a row. Oh well, it will be a nice pay day. This is a little hamster I adopted from the shelter. He has three legs and a huge gash down the side of his body. I just had to take him home with me! I'm a sucker for the freaky animals I guess!! He doesn't have a name yet, I'm still working on that. It has to be perfect!
