The Long Overdue
I got a prom dress! and have been way too happy bout it for the past day or two =) Mostly, it's because of how quickly I managed to buy it.
My parents and I had basically agreed on this one dress we saw online, so we went to a little store in Englishtown thinking they might actually have it. And sure enough, they did! (in green of course =P) So after going through a few other uninteresting dresses, I was still in love with that. And with all the factors: it was my size, it was a floor sample to -$25, the limited supply, we bought it! It's sitting at home now... being watched. I still need to get it altered, buy accessories (I need silver... lots of silver), etc. but... It all Worked! and I'm happy now! Haha in those exact words (more or less), Robbie totally stole my thunder.
I think something is going to crash on me soon... like a piano... just to balance out this good luck. Heh it'll probly be the fact that I won't finish the TSA project by spring break... or studying for French. Ahhh so little time...
In college news, it's kinda funny how I wrote a short essay about a tennis experience for Caltech and now the coach want to talk to me bout playing for them... Wonderful... now I get to tell them how terrible I am =D Well... considering the Caltech team... there is a slight possibility, but really doubting it.
O and I didn't get into Olin =/ but I guess that fine. Wasn't necessarily my first choice anyway. I'm just happy for Joe (cuz he got in)! =D
O ya kno... the recent Big Bang Theory was actually really amusing, and totally made for me or something, starting off with Terminator and Rent references. And How I Met You Mother is just so cute! I guess these are now on my list of a million shows.
Surprisingly I'm gonna go to sleep early today... 10... really early. Headache's starting to bother me.
