I wish every online order was so easy. I only needed to copy the code from the item page after selecting size and color, paste it into the order form, fill in the rest of my details and submit it. Very easy~. Shortly afterwards I received an automatic reply containing my order details. Two days later, I received a payment request from IW via Paypal which also serves as a confirmation. It contained a message (in very good English) with more details like the payment has to be made within a week, it may take up to one week after payment until the order is shipped. 8 days later I received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I collected the package nearly two weeks later because of the delay caused by customs control and the fact that the nearest customs office has incredible unfriendly opening times.
Review
The items arrived in a sturdy EMS box.
The items weren't specially wrapped in bubble wrap but thanks to the box that wasn't necessary.
On top of the items was a sales slip attached to a flyer and really nice note.
My first pair of bloomers.
Very stretchy and very comfortable. And with very cute ribbons on the side.
And now the much anticipated pannier. Complete with a hanger and plastic bag. At first, I was surprised. It didn't look like it was able to give one of my JSKs more volume nor did it seem long enough.
However, once the bag was removed, I was proved wrong. It has three layers and is perfectly able to add a good shape to any of my JSKs.
The accessoires were stored in a sealed shopping bag. Too bad the bag cannot be used anymore, the tape ruined it.
The headdress is simply pretty. Very detailed and the little pearls are tightly attached to the flowers. The light brown inner layer is soft, making the entire headdress comfortable to wear.
The matching necklace was in a small seperate bag.
Just like the headdress, very detailed and the pearls were once again attached tightly to the flowers.
And last, the present... a model poster calendar. For this one you had to specifically say that you want it by leaving a message in the comment box of the order form.
It arrived folded in a clearfile as stated on the website. Posters will only be rolled when you received it in a japanese store.
Pretty~! This will find its place on my wall asap. ^^

5/5... full stars. Ordering was easy, the process was just as stated on the website and the items were identical to their descriptions (and of very good quality). I'll definitely order from them again.
