we had to sing in quartets today, which she sprang on us on the last minute. AND didn't even let us warm up. the part of the piece we did was the very end, and for sopranos, there's always that big flashy high note at the end of a piece that has to be sustained until the end of time. so imagine my embarrassment when i go for the note and no sound ( Read more... )
