Salsa

Salsa was good last night. There were only three of us in class, so we had really had time to work on our partnering. I'm having a devil of a time maintaining contact while remaining loose, and fluid. The ballerina in me wants to hold my arms from my back, and salsa is much more relaxed! I think learning how not to think has helped my anxiety a lot
